How We Administer

A Guide ForParents

Royse City HS utilizes a top-down management structure. It is a system used by the Romans and is still used throughout the world today. It is a proven system and one that works when used properly.

Depending on the nature of a parental comment or concern, use email or phone to contact faculty or administrators.

It's not uncommon for email and voicemail to await pick up until classes are finished for the day. Be patient and let the system work for you.

Contact Faculty or Administrators in this order giving each a chance to respond in-kind:

  • Teacher
  • House Counselor
  • House Principal
  • Associate Principal/Lead Counselor
  • Principal

How Can I Maximize My Child's Success?

Let's Break It Down

There is no easy answer to this question but we can offer many suggestions.

Let's focus on two things: Time Management and Information Management. Everything that goes on at Royse City High School touches one or both of these subjects.

If you can find a way to manage time and information you'll have the basis, or underpinnings, for academic success.
